I would also like to express my appreciation for all of the feedback and suggestions you provided. Your input is vital as we make plans for the upcoming year. Speaking of plans, we have many up our sleeve, all guaranteed to make your flying experience more pleasurable in 2010. 

Special Offers and Promos – N9990 fare offer

We begin the New Year with a special online fare offer of N9, 990 for a one-way ticket to any of our five destinations on Friday, January 1, 2010. You can avail this special offer by booking and paying for your ticket online, using your Interswitch or eTranzact debit card. But hurry, seats selling out already! 

You can also count on us to bring you the best deals and offers as the year progresses. 

Increase in flight frequency

You asked for it, now you’ve got it! We have added a second daily flight to the garden city of Port Harcourt, offering you greater choice and convenience. Also, in January 2010, we will introduce connecting flights between the capital city - Abuja and the garden city. More flights will be added on all our routes and we will extend our operations to new cities in the course of the year.

New Online Payment Module

In 2009 we offered you two (2) online payment modules namely Interswitch and eTranzact. 2010 will come with more payment options for you, as we conclude plans to introduce MasterCard and Visa online payment modules.

New Sales Outlet/Travel Agencies

Our efforts to make Dana Air tickets more accessible to our guests will continue in 2010 as we engage the services of more Travel Agencies. This year, we appointed eighteen (18) leading Travel Agencies in Lagos and Abuja alone and also opened up sales outlets in major hotels. So, you don’t have to go too far to get your Dana Air ticket.

Social Responsibility 

Thanks to your generosity, we have raised over N2.5 million towards the activities of the National Sickle Cell Center. We solicit your continued support, as we strive to raise more funds for this worthy cause in 2010.

Awards & Recognition 

This year, we were named ‘Best IT-Driven Airline of the Year’ by two (2) renowned Information Technology bodies, namely Technology Africa – organizer of the National ICT Merit Award (NIMA) and Nigeria Computer Society – organizer of the National Information Technology Merit Award (NITMA). Our resolve to provide world-class air transport services to our guests is stronger than ever, and we will continue to deploy the latest technologies throughout our operations in 2010.
